From pb's to YA's. From romance to horror. Sometimes, I'll be in bed with four books plopped down beside me.

Wait...maybe I'm a little ADD.Kimbra Kaschhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16955657301998255029noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9054081895459294120.post-46685126958092399992008-12-05T09:16:00.000-06:002008-12-05T09:16:00.000-06:00I love picture books for 4-8 year olds. I think MGs are most likely to write these letters.

Pasifik -- Thank you, and thanks for stopping by. Your blog on toddler books looks interesting!

GWG -- I agree all the way. Who knew, when starting out, that this field is so specific and complex? I like to read it, but I wouldn't trust myself to create a contemporary teen character. I hardly got teens when I WAS one. :)

Anne -- I like your point about magic and suspension of disbelief. That's so true.

PJ -- I've tried a couple of pb's and easy readers and gotten "good rejections," but MG and tween is where my heart is. With the importance of branding these days, I doubt I'll try the younger ages anymore.Marciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10006966091789130047noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9054081895459294120.post-7493613221347633062008-12-04T14:06:00.000-06:002008-12-04T14:06:00.000-06:00Yeah, like Tabitha, I haven't ventured into that y...Yeah, like Tabitha, I haven't ventured into that younger crowd yet.
